It is reported that Croydon Council, ever mindful of the forthcoming elections next April, are more than worried about their reputations in respect of their handling of the borough's finances.Indeed that are so worried, that they have rejected the District Auditor's draft report on the Council's' finances; and even tried to prevent him from continuing to work on it.
I wonder what they have to hide?
